What JobBeacon does
JobBeacon monitors company career pages on your behalf and notifies you when new listings match your filters. We do not apply to jobs for you, and we are not affiliated with any employer.
Your account
You need an account to use JobBeacon. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — do not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan has limits on the number of companies, keywords, locations, and polling frequency. The Pro plan removes or increases these limits. Plan details and pricing are shown on the website and may change — we will notify existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
Payments and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable use
Do not use JobBeacon to scrape data for resale, spam employers, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or degrade it for other users.
Availability and accuracy
We do our best to keep JobBeacon running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that every job posting will be detected. Career page formats change without notice, and some listings may be missed. JobBeacon is a convenience tool, not a guaranteed notification system.
Liability
JobBeacon is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed job postings, incorrect notifications, or any decisions you make based on information from the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of JobBeacon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
